The COmmune anarchy
The Commune Anarchy is an anarchy server, meant to answer one question: When people are given total anarchy in a virtual world, what would they do? Well, you can help us answer that question! Absolutely everything on this server is completely allowed, the only bannable offence is intentionally lagging the server. Most bans are forgivable, and you can protest a ban by discord DMing Anonis#1028 in order to revise your ban.
The Commune is meant to be a small scale anarchy server, a server that still gives you the anarchy experience, without an overwhelmingly large player base, and without all of the large group politics.

As more and more newer players joined the server, some decided to establish their own hegemony over it. Their foremost? A player by the name of Aucto, who used his precise diplomatic skills to turn his faction, Aristaeus, into the premier newfag alliance on the server. This alliance grew so large that it attracted the attention of even powerful veterans, like Kaisa and Assasin. Assasin was friendly with Aucto and helped him out, but after a small dispute with Kaisa’s friend Spaceglider, the Veteran faction, named the Imperium, declared war on Aristaeus.
However, it is very important that first, we discuss what drives the politics of the Commune. Similar to how the politics of the real world are driven by whichever factions have oil and nuclear weapons, the politics of the Commune are driven by whichever factions have God Armor and good warriors, both of which were very rare resources in the Commune. Aristaeus was initially just another random newfag faction, but when people who had decent crystal pvp experience - like clad178 and Zimil - started joining the faction. The oldfags, who had reigned unchallenged for eight months, ever since the Kaisin war ramped down, wanted a fight against a decently sized opponent. So, they declared war on Aristaeus. Using [Redacted], they found the base of Aristaeus within days of war being declared, and Assasin flew over to the base and set his bed nearby. The morale of both sides was very high, and the two factions intermingled with each other a lot. Clad was extremely close friends with Assasin, who was also close friends with Aucto, leader of Aristaeus. So, nobody really anticipated the war to really turn into something that would shape the server. All they really wanted was to appear in the vaunted Server History, on TCA’s website. That was the only real goal behind the war. Well, they completed that goal. And they did a lot more than that, too. On Saturday, February the twelfth, Anonis, the admin of the server, logged on for some routine maintenance. As was normally the custom, he chose a random string of numbers and letters as his password, and banned the account from the server when he was done, so that nobody else would be able to exploit the admin account. After a few minutes, however, he needed to log on again. Once more, he chose a random string of numbers and letters as his password, but this time, he needed to restart the server to accomplish something. When he re - logged in to the server, he didn’t know the password to the account, since he’d keyboard smashed in order to get it in the first place. So, he banned the account, and created a new one. This time, he set the password to be the same as the username, so that he wouldn’t forget it when he needed to relog in. The problem was, once he logged off, he forgot to ban the account. Big mistake. Clad178, who had been watching, decided to randomly see what would happen if he logged in, and found out that the account was unbanned. Soon, several members of Aristaeus logged in as the admin account, trying to figure out the password, until finally, they realized that the password was simply the username. The server had faced backdoors before, but this was the first time that a backdoor had been created directly through the sheer stupidity of the admin. Aristaeus had somehow managed to turn the tide of the war completely: they teleported themselves directly to the Imperium’s megabase, known as Kai City, and griefed it. One year in the making, among the largest bases on the server, Kai City fell within an hour, its various massive builds and powerful fortresses being destroyed by griefers that had gamemode creative and operator status. Clad178, who had always been a member of Kai City, simply watched as dozens of hours of his work was obliterated by members of his own faction. Clad, like Kaisa, was an honorary oldfag who was held in high esteem by Assasin and the Imperium. But he could do nothing to stop Aristaeus, who not only destroyed Kai City, but also went ahead and attacked Yonderbean’s Angel Tower. Yonderbean was perhaps the only player on the server who is universally respected by everyone on the server. He is famous for his public builds and his lavacast towers, as well as his exceeding niceness in an anarchy server. Yonderbean was completely neutral in the war. He had never made any aggressive moves towards either side. And yet, not only was his base at Angel Tower obliterated, his top secret, server donator only base, The Donators, was also griefed by Aristaeus. In a matter of two hours, Aristaeus had griefed three of the most prestigious bases on the server, one of which was even a legitimate Megabase. By the time all of the members of the Imperium even realized what was happening, the fallout from the builds was falling all over the server, as players suddenly realized that the war had gone from a joke, to a full blown server wide conflict. Kaisa quit the server, though he’d return quickly. Drawn back by the dozens of pings, the admin finally patched the backdoor and removed everyone’s operator status and creative gamemode. By the time Assasin logged on, he’d convinced both Clad and Yonderbean to join the Imperium, and Clad, his shock and sadness at losing his home turning into rage, went to Aristaeus’ new backdoor stash, and griefed it completely. Simultaneously, Assasin himself launched a surprise attack on Aristaeus’ primary base, entering a seven versus one battle against the members of Aristaeus. Assasin killed five of them before a player named Daneal used strength 255, acquired during the backdoor, and put a stop to Assasin’s rampage. Aucto tried to have the base evacuated, but during the battle with Assasin, Clad had secretly snuck in and griefed the base, blowing up most of the backdoor items. Essentially, Aucto’s faction attacked a neutral party, and were then taken by surprise when the neutral party fought back. Defeated, Aristaeus withdrew in disorganized chaos, fleeing to a secondary base where Aucto planned to move the last of the items they’d acquired during the backdoor. Within days, though, Assasin located this base as well, and the last of the backdoored items (aside from the ones in the players’ enderchests) were destroyed as Aristaeus’ final base fell. Homeless, deserted by the server that they’d betrayed, Aristaeus was disbanded by its defeated leader Aucto, ending the short yet dramatic Imperium - Aristaeus war. Although Aristaeus ended up winning the first battle of the war and managed to deal considerable damage to the morale of the Imperium, the powerful Oldfag led counterattack was too much for the newbies to handle, and they quit soon after Aucto’s surrender. A post mortem analysis of Aristaeus would reveal that they tried to accomplish far too much, and angered far too many people. Rather than use their backdoor sparingly and wisely, they used it like a club in the hand of a drunk person, bludgeoning everything in sight. Rather than create multiple stashes to where they could fall back and regroup in case of a defeat, they only made two. Rather than take advantage of the server’s underlying emotions against the often arrogant and disliked oldfags, Aristaeus became the arrogant ones themselves, allowing the server to unite behind the Imperium. Rather than challenge the hegemony of the Oldfags, Aristaeus’ short existence merely solidified the Imperium’s power over the server. Aristaeus became complacent after their supposed victory in the battle of Kai City, and the resulting battle of Aristaeus Base was simply a reminder to not let distractions take up all of one’s focus, because Assasin’s only job during the battle was to allow Clad to infiltrate the base and take out its supply of illegals and backdoored goods. Ultimately, Aristaeus proved itself to be too little to challenge the Oldfags. Is it even possible for a faction to do this? Kaisa attempts to Assasinate Assasin; Accidentally ends up Assasinating the Server instead.4/26/2021 As more and more newbies joined the server, some of them had bigger aspirations than merely escaping spawn and making a house. Calvi and AtomicGamer were two such players who were intent on making their mark on the server’s history. Neither of them were particularly powerful until Calvi, experimenting with the login system on the server to try and find a dupe glitch, realized that it was possible to clear a player’s inventory without actually logging in as them. To an Oldfag like Assasin or Derrick or Muhud, this was no concern. However, to midfags like Supereece and Wik, this glitch was almost disastrous. Calvi was swiftly hunted down and killed, and information on the glitch was demanded from him. Calvi refused to give his captors any information, however, and was repeatedly slain. After dozens of times of being killed for information, Kaisa logged onto the server, and scared off the two players hunting Calvi. Calvi and Kaisa were already semi - allied, so Kaisa immediately regeared Calvi and sent him on his way, but not before asking Calvi to prove the glitch by wiping Reece’s account. Calvi went ahead and did so, which caused Reece to rage quit. After an unrelated fight with Kaisa, even wik left the server, although not permanently. A month later, a “Grand Alliance” was formed between Calvi, Kaisa, Atomic, and Wik, who’d rejoined. Unfortunately however, this alliance was not to last long. In spite of how much the newfags looked up to Kaisa, he would always be looked down upon by the true veterans. Every time Derrick logged on, he would be flooded by newfags asking for gear, and invariably, midfags asking for a screenshot with him. Assasin was pretty friendly with Kaisa, treating him as an equal, but Derrick himself believed that Kaisa was just a stuck-up newfag. Yet, he was slowly but surely being integrated into the elite club. The newfags already preached about him, and Kaisa winning a 1vs 5 against some newfags only served to heighten this praise heaped upon him. Assasin decided to show Kaisa an extra gesture of friendship by inviting him to his Castle base: Fortress Solitude. The importance of this cannot be overstated. But why is Fortress Solitude so important? To answer that, we need to take a step back. The month is October. Derrick’s Backdoor has just been patched by Anonis, but several of his stashes exist. The Assasins vs SpawnProt war is in full swing, and new players are almost instantly hunted down when a member of the Assasins is online. On the other hand, the members of the Assasins are also aware that due to SpawnProt’s large number of backdoor stashes, the Assasins have a disadvantage in terms of gear. Whenever a member of the Assasins lost a set of armor, they had to grind a completely new set. However, whenever a member of the SpawnProt lost a set of armor, they just asked Derrick for a new one. Although the Assasins had their own dupestashes, they possessed nowhere near enough gear to rival the growing but unskilled army of newfags. Enter into the picture, Skalis. Skalis was a newbie who appeared to be quite skilled. He had decent pvp skills, and in a practice duel, had won against Derrick, who instantly promoted him to a high rank within SpawnProt as a result. Over a couple of weeks, Skalis won Derrick’s trust, and Derrick invited him into one of SpawnProt’s stashes. Big Mistake. Skalis was actually Assasin, but on an alt account. Skalissasin swiftly looted the stash, and fled. Now on his main account, Assasin travelled to the closer of his two main stashes, dumped all of his newly found loot there, and went through it all. In it, were 8 shulker boxes of illegal infested cobblestone, and 4 shulker boxes of illegal infested stone bricks. Now, Assasin had an idea. He decided to dig out a huge square hole under his stash. Using a beacon, this was swiftly done. After that, he filled in the entire hole, over forty blocks deep, with infested cobblestone. He was left with a large box of infested cobblestone, directly underneath his stash. He decided to build a castle on top of the cobblestone box, and went ahead with it. Within a few days, Fortress Solitude was complete. The fortress possessed a defensive system that would get triggered whenever any blocks would be broken within the base, and would lag the player to the point that their computer would crash. In order to test this hypothesis, Assasin went ahead and triggered the defensive system by breaking the infested cobblestone. Within minutes, the server’s tps went into a nosedive, Assasin’s PC crashed, and seconds later, the server also crashed. (It was using a very bad hosting provider at the time.) Fortress Solitude is (hopefully?) the only lag machine on the server to which the Admin himself was invited, and where the builder of the lag machine was not punished in any way. On the contrary, Anonis was so impressed with the creative anti-grief solution, he decided to set his Admin bot account to afk there 24/7. Assasin himself often joked to muhud2 that if a griefer wanted to grief Fortress Solitude, the only thing they would be griefing would be their own PC. Enough history about Fortress Solitude, let’s get back to the main topic, shall we? The point is, this base is very important to Assasin, and represents an important piece of history on the server. And now, Kaisa had been invited to it. Kaisa and Assasin went through the base together, before Assasin decided to leave. But Kaisa had grown resentful of the fact that he was not being respected as a true member of the elite community. Additionally, he felt that even Assasin was patronizing him. He began to form a plan. Kaisa had one obsession that was bound to get him to clash with the Veterans: Lavacasts. You see, for how high and mighty the Veterans were, and how they were all enemies, they had one thing in common: They’d helped make the Spawn Hole. The Spawn Hole was the only remaining symbol of the Veterans’ unity, and all of them would help defend it. And Kaisa was making lavacasts that were dangerously close to spawn itself. Assasin and Derrick both gave Kaisa warnings about his lavacasts, and Kaisa seemed to not want to antagonize them by filling up the Spawn Hole with lavacasts. Until one day, seemingly out of the blue, Kaisa and Wik decided to make a lavacast in spawn. Not at spawn, in spawn, attempting to fill up the spawn hole. When asked about their motive, they stated that they wanted to go down in the server history document. Well, they achieved that goal. They also achieved the goal of pissing off Assasin AND Derrick. Assasin first appeared at spawn the very next day that the cast was built, and summoned 256 withers. Then, he TNTed the sides of the lavacast. The withers would make escaping spawn much, much harder, and the tnt on the lavacast destroyed a good ⅓rd of it. (Lavacasts are huge, and a pain to destroy.). Two days later, Derrick logged on for the first time in at least a month, and used end crystals to manually grief the lavacast, before logging off again. Calvi then went ahead, and built his Spawn Home atop the cast, a place for server members to relax at spawn. Assasin decided that Kaisa needed to be given a warning, in order to remind him of his promise to not attempt to fill in the spawn hole. So, he went ahead and griefed the tips of Kaisa’s lavacasts. Not the whole pyramids, just the tips of them, so that while the lavacast would still remain mighty and imposing, it would be impossible to add layers to the top of them. There are two versions as to what happened next. The first one states that Assasin threatened to grief Kaisa’s dupestash (Unlikely, given the fact that it is literally thirty MILLION blocks away from spawn), while the second states that Kaisa was simply a power hungry wannabe who wanted to control the whole server. Regardless of which version to believe, the events that happen remain the same. Kaisa armed himself with his best gear, and flew over to Assasin’s base while he was offline. Then he proceeded to manually break every single chest in Fortress Solitude - the defense mechanism wouldn’t be activated by breaking chests - and stole what gear he could, and burned the rest. Assasin had been clearing out his ender chest the day before, so when he logged on, he had two sets of armor, and an empty ender chest. Across from him, standing in his own base, stood KawaiiKaisa, outfitted with at least 4 sets of armor, and completely prepared for battle. Assasin did the only thing that any sane human would do when faced with such odds: he fled. Escaping through the illegal end portal located in his base, he ended up in the End Spawn Island, planning to regear himself and go back to fight Kaisa. It was only then that he remembered that his ender chest was empty. And it was at that moment that Assasin knew, he’d screwed up. He now had two choices. He could either have his entire reputation ruined by truly fleeing the battle, or he could die by fighting Kaisa - who was obviously more geared up than him - , and then have his entire reputation as a good pvper ruined. Assasin chose neither. Teleporting back to his base, he announced to Kaisa that he would fight him. Then, Assasin charged at Kaisa… and broke the blocks under him. 3 silverfish spawned. Assasin punched one. 8 silverfish spawned. Kaisa, attacking Assasin, hit several. 23 silverfish spawned. Assasin deliberately broke every single block he could, spawning more and more and more silverfish as he dueled with Kaisa. Kaisa at first was winning with ease; Assasin’s weaker armor was breaking, and soon enough, he’d die. But Assasin kept breaking more and more and more of the infested cobblestone blocks, and within minutes, there were thousands of silverfish attacking both of them, and the armor durability of them both was taking a serious hit - literally and figuratively. Both Assasin and Kaisa’s framerates dropped rapidly. The number of silverfish around them increased exponentially as Assasin fully activated the defense system he’d installed in Fortress Solitude so long ago, and the battle between both of them quickly turned into a battle to keep their respective computers from overheating. As Kaisa’s PC dropped to 12 fps, it was Assasin who noticed the fact that the server was now at 17 tps, rather than the normal of 20 tps. Realizing that even with a better hosting provider, his defense mechanism was still powerful enough to lag the server, he kept breaking blocks and attacking the silverfish, while Kaisa was moving so slowly it appeared like he had the Blink hack activated. More silverfish spawned. Assasin’s first set of armor had already broken; he was on his second and last set of armor now. But yet, he kept attacking the silverfish and triggering more and more and more to spawn. The server’s tps dropped to 16. Then, after a few more seconds, 15. Within the minute, the server’s tps had dropped to 5 ticks per second, as tens of thousands of silverfish spawned. By now, both Kaisa and Assasin’s PCs were overheating, and neither one of them had more than 5 frames per second on either device. Then, suddenly, their framerates went from 5 frames per second to 2 seconds per frame. The server’s tps reached 2. Finally, the server’s tps reached 1. And then, the server crashed, forcing an end to their battle. So, who won the first battle of the Assasins vs Kaisan war?
Well, it’s hard to say. Kaisa claims that Assasin is a cowardly kid for having to crash the server rather than fight him head on, while Assasin states that it was a draw. Derrick, on the other hand, equated Kaisa’s strike to the Japanese strike on Pearl Harbor. It was meant as a surprise blow to destroy the American navy, and while every single Battleship in the harbor at the time was sunk or crippled, it did nothing but anger the American populace, inflaming the American public opinion and causing a patriotic outrage against the Japanese that only culminated in the defeat of the Japanese. Anonis, on the other hand, believed that Kaisa had won the first battle of the war, but in no circumstance had he won the war as a whole. Calvi is of the opinion that his alliance with Kaisa is over, and that he now stands alongside Assasin. An important note is that Assasin did not lose this battle due to a lack of skill. On the contrary, only a couple days after the battle at Fortress Solitude, Assassin was in Vanilla, and won a battle against Atomic, who was using a hack client, proving his skills. Even Kaisa, who was spectating the battle was impressed at the way Assasin with a vanilla client, no hacks, no autototem or autocrystal, was able to defeat Atomic, who was using autototem and autocrystal. Additionally, both Assasin and Derrick remember a fight where Derrick had a 32K, yet Assasin won the battle. Two months passed. The server, which Anonis believed was about to die, was actually surviving pretty well. Turns out, committing voter fraud on server voting websites is a good way to get new players to join your server. By march, a completely new community inhabited the server. New players like Mr Stanton, Calvi, Atomic Gamer, and many, many others were greeted by Wik, who had somehow managed to effectively become the server’s new monarch in the absence of other Veterans. Assasin would still join from time to time, but he didn’t play too much, preferring to play on Oldfacs instead. The server had a new playerbase, one that glorified the old one. Places such as Derrick’s Monument became places of pilgrimage, and the new players all wanted to be as powerful as the old ones had been. Wik tried convincing Anonis to extend the worldborder back to 30 million blocks, so that the dupestash would be accessible, but Anonis refused, believing that Wik was acting a a spokesperson for the C fags. Around this time, another new player joined, KawaiiKaisa. Kaisa and Wik became friends, although there were sore ties between them at times. However, both of them really wanted a dupestash, with which they could exert influence over the server. Then, one day, Assasin, who’d gotten bored of Oldfacs, rejoined TCA. He met Kaisa, who had by now travelled the length of the North - South highways, and had also created several huge lavacasts at spawn. Assasin was impressed, and he and Kaisa immediately became friends. It was from Assasin that Kaisa learnt of c64’s dupestash. A completely pristine dupestash, among the biggest on the server, just sitting there, waiting for someone to claim it? It was no wonder that Kaisa immediately grabbed as many elytras as he could, got onto the nether roof, and flew towards the dupestash. Assasin, of course, had completely forgotten about the fact that the stash was now technically beyond the world border by now. His time on Oldfacs was seriously messing with him. Rumors of Kaisa’s famed trip to the World Border began spreading throughout the server. By the time he’d reached 1 million blocks out from spawn, both Wik and SuperRecce were also attempting the journey. But Kaisa had taken the time and effort to raid every single end city within twenty thousand blocks of End Spawn. Getting an elytra was no longer trivial, and using one up could be a punishing blow. Just before Kaisa took off, he and wik met at Nether Spawn. Wik was arguing that they should both complete the journey together, but Kaisa wanted to do it solo, as he didn’t want to wait. One thing led to another, and they were fighting. Kaisa managed to break Wik’s armor, upon which the fate of the battle was decided, and Wik was slain with relative ease. After regearing, Wik went to the End, wanting to get more elytras in order to make the journey himself. Kaisa coincidentally turned up, and there are two variations in the story as to what happened next. The first one, which Wik says happened, involved wik accidentally turning on his crystal aura when try to talk to Kaisa. Believing that he’d been betrayed, Kaisa struck back, and Wik, who was in no condition to duel was swiftly slain. The second variation states that Wik attempted to Assasinate Kaisa at End Spawn, thereby sabotaging his attempt to reach the World Border, but he failed to kill Kaisa and instead ended up dying himself. It doesn’t matter which variation happened. All that matters is the outcome: Wik died, and Kaisa was now free to complete his journey. Kaisa completed the 46 hour journey to the World Border, and then sent Anonis a DM, requesting him to extend the world border and thereby make the stash accessible. Anonis, amazed at the sheer strength and perseverance of Kaisa, agreed, and set the world border back to its original size. After having played on the server for less than 50 hours, KawaiiKaisa had managed to become one of the most powerful players on the entire server. With Assasin gradually leaving again due to irl pressure, Kaisa was (almost) undisputedly, the King of TCA, taking the crown back from Wik. C64’s backdoor, and the server being down after it had massive effects on the server. Firstly, the balance of power was disturbed, because with Derrick effectively leaving the server, and then c64 being banned and quitting, along with zelkam doing the same, there was a large power vacuum amongst the ranks of the server’s elite.
One might expect that this power vacuum would be filled by Assasin, but he had followed ElProsaso in migrating to Oldfacs, a factions anarchy server. There, Assasin would make his own name as the King of Oldfacs’s Spawn. Now, however, there was literally nobody powerful who could come to rule the server. Midfag players like Wik and others attempted to fill the gap, and newer players like Calvi or Atomic Gamer did their best, but neither of these wannabes owned any sort of dupestash from which they could get the near infinite gear that was a requirement to be powerful on the server (Calvi actually accidentally came across muhud2’s dupestash and raided it, but it wasn’t big enough for his needs). Yet, Wik did have the coordinates to a dupestash. Yes, you read that right, Wik knew the coordinates to a dupestash. The only problem? The dupestash was beyond the world border. Let’s backtrack a bit. You see, after c64’s backdoor, both he and zelkam were well aware that Anonis would patch the backdoor asap, which would end any and all of their influence on the server. So, they created two massive dupestashes, filled with gear and illegal items. One was created by Zelkam and was located at 50,000 15,000 in the End, while the other was located at 30,000,000 15,000,000 in the overworld, created by c64. Anonis, after patching the backdoor, had a moment of cold fury at those who had dared to oppose him. After - no joke - announcing in chat, “Die, foolish mortals,” the Admin proceeded to teleport himself to zelkam’s stash first, and griefed it. Then, he teleported to c64’s stash, and proceeded to go ahead and try and grief it. There was just one problem, though. The stash was HUGE. So big, that when Anonis first teleported to it, on a potato PC, his PC crashed. Now on his main PC, Anonis realized that griefing the base would simply be too time consuming, and would likely lag the server to high heaven simply because of how many chests filled with nbt chests filled with shulkers would be thrown onto the ground. So, in a moment of ingenuity, he simply set the worldborder to 29,999,900. Now, the entire stash was beyond the world border, and could be accessed by nobody. It was a simple solution to a complex problem. There was no need for him to risk his reputation as a good admin simply to grief a backdoor stash, all he had to do was to make it completely inaccessible. Upon realizing that his stash was literally untouchable (since it was beyond the world border) C64 admitted defeat and quit, but not before leaking the coordinates of his stash to wik, believing that the coordinates were useless anyways since they could not be accessed. On the tenth of January, c64 offered to make Anonis a custom plugin, for free. He even offered to show Anonis the source code for the plugin. Anonis accepted. He went over the code, it contained no backdoors. However, there were a couple of bugs. After having to reload the plugin several times in order to fix these, c64 volunteered to make a command that would automatically update the plugin, rather than having to backup the config, delete the plugin, add the updated plugin, then restart the server. Anonis agreed, but he had made one, crucial mistake: He assumed c64 was a good person, someone who could be trusted. He was dead wrong. C64 backdoored the server, changed the password on Anonis’ own account, gave /op to 23 people, made several chunkbans, created stashes filled with command blocks and illegal bedrock, deleted several people’s playerdata, and began preparing to delete the server.jar file itself, effectively destroying the server, as was his end goal all along. Anonis found out, banned c64, and shut down the server. The server would remain down for almost two weeks. When it came back up, on the 23rd of January, c64 used alt accounts and bots to repeatedly fill up the server’s playercap, and spam chat. After the Assasins spawnbase was griefed, they decided to move on from griefing petty spawnbases and building their own small spawnbases. The Assasins decided to do one of the most boldest things ever, and claim an entire dimension. The End Dimension has only one entrance point, and only one exit point. Therefore, claiming it was actually pretty simple, if you could control the entrance and exit portals, you could control the End Dimension. Assasin already had an End City base, and so getting supplies to the main island was not a problem for the Assasins. From here, they decided to make the biggest lavacast the server had ever seen (EDIT: This is no longer true. KawaiiKaisa's lavacasts are bigger.), encompassing the entirety of the main end island, and spanning over the void.
Preparations began for an end Megabase, and to blockade the main island. Already, the massive lavacast was attracting visitors. Derrick, along with the SpawnProt, visited the lavacast, and griefed the top of it, with the aid of LGprogamer10. Derrick then accidentally discovered Assasin’s End City base while basehunting, and griefed it thoroughly. With their main source of materials removed, Assassin was now left practically stranded in the End. The various puppet groups that both sides fielded in the war began to fall apart, as Derrick went on holiday, and wasn’t able to help his faction stay afloat. The SpawnProts dissolved with a devastating grief by some C fags. Derrick’s last Illegal stash was griefed, and, on the 3rd of January, when Assasin finally left the End, Derrick was hunted down and killed. He left the server, and hasn’t played in any major capacity since, prompting many to wonder if he quit. Simultaneously, with the fall of SpawnProts, and with Muhud2 and GratixxGD, two of the main members of the Assasins leaving the server to play elsewhere, the Assassins also fell apart. This is what officially began the “Age of Chaos”, which would cause the server to possibly enter its death throes. The Great War heated up truly in this frantic period. Dozens of bases were griefed as the war between SpawnProt and the Assasins and both of their puppet groups heated up. The final count of griefed bases indicates that there were a total of 23 griefs in the war. 8 Bases were built by SpawnProt, and many of them were rebuilt - and then griefed again -. The Assasins had two bases griefed, a mountain fortress, and an underground dupestash. The Assasins’ Allies had two bases of their own griefed. The other 11 griefs were that of random newbie bases, and were done mostly by Assasin himself, or by his group, or their allies.
However, towards the end of the year, there were some startling new developments. The C - fags, c64 and his troupe of followers, were starting to make threatening moves towards the Assasins, and the SpawnProt. Unbeknownst to most, c64 had discovered an exploit with the login plugin that allowed him to use the admin account to spawn in illegal items. He filled up several stashes using this, and, when Assasin discovered several shulks of bedrock in one of the spawnbases, Assassin immediately knew that there was a new player capable of challenging the Assasins. As the C fags distributed bedrock and duped kits amongst themselves, they created a spawnbase located around -7k, 100, and had a lot of bedrock and illegals there. In a twin grief, the Assasins griefed c64’s village base, as well as the large base at -7k 100. It was an enormous catch. According to Assasin, “There were several double chests full of duped combat kits, as well as an end portal, and a bedrock replica of a nether portal, plus an underground creeper farm, and a duping station. It was really pretty epic. The base spanned between two different villages, so getting enough griefing materials to grief them both was pretty hard, but we managed it, me and Muhud.” However, this was tantamount to a declaration of war, which was exactly what it was. The Assasins were now fighting a two way war against one enemy which had once backdoored the server, and another enemy who had an exploit of their own. For a while, the Assasins did well. For a while. Warrior betrays Derrick, Assasin Assasinates Derrick (And gets twoshotted in the process)11/28/2020 Phew, this was a busy day. Assasin had been plotting to kill Derrick for quite a while now, but it was only now that he truly would be able to: He had convinced Warrior to join his side.
Warrior was a skilled, yet new player who had joined a couple days prior, and had gotten all of his gear from Derrick. It is still unclear as to why he betrayed Derrick, but, ultimately, he did. Warrior at first, claimed to have found Assasin's End City base. Derrick, clearly wanting to see it for himself, asked to join him there. Warrior, however, stated that he'd accidentally angered too many endermen, and, so, had to go back to the stronghold, which was where he teleported Derrick. Derrick was confused, but agreed. They journeyed through the ruined Stronghold together. Wanting to prove that the portal wasn't trapped, Warrior went through first. However, Assasin had been waiting for someone to come through, and had several splash potions of harming on him. When he saw that Derrick was not the person who came through, he'd already turned on a hack which throws several potions at once. Not wanting to aim at his ally, he instead aimed straight down. Assasin hit himself with multiple potions of harming. Then, right as Derrick went through the portal, Anonis anounced that "It's a trap!!!!", which caused Derrick to turn his Killaura on inside of the end portal itself. When he came through, Assasin was down to two hearts. Derrick killed Assasin with two hits, then chased down Warrior. However, Derrick did not have the time to configure his hacks and inventory for pvp. Therefore, he had no anti - knockback. Warrior was panicking, still in shock that Assasin had been twoshotted, and so, did not even think about just disconnecting. Instead, he tried to fight Derrick. At first, it went terribly, since Derrick's gear was much superior to Warrior. Then, Warrior realised that Derrick had no anti knockback, and also realized that they were fighting on the edge of the main end island. Taking advantage of the knockback on his sword, he knocked Derrick into the void, who took advantage of a disconnect exploit to teleport back to the stronghold. From there, he re - entered the portal, and slew Warrior, before burning all his items except for the netherite armour. By now, Assasin had finished re - equipping himself, and, so, went back, and began fighting Derrick. However, he found himself highly outmatched by Derrick's God Armour, which absorbed all of his hits. So, he turned on a hack similar to Blink, whereby he completely froze to anyone watching, yet could interact with other things. After realizing that he could no longer kill Assasin, Derrick instead began surrounding him in obsidian. Warrior, in the meantime, reappeared with no armour - and died. The came back, again with no armour, and died. Again, and again, he sacrificed himself so that Assasin wouldn't get killed and Derrick would be distracted by Warrior. At the last moment, however, Warrior realized that Derrick still didn't have anti knockback on. He reappeared with full armour, and, although he died doing so, threw Derrick off the end island. This time, Derrick was a bit too slow in his mlg disconnect, and, when he reappeared in the stronghold, the game assumed that he had been falling at the same speed at which he was falling earlier, when he was knocked off the end. Because of the glitchy login plugin, it didn't sense his totem going off, and Derrick died. He respawned immediately, picked up his tools, and went back through the portal, intending to teach the offenders a lesson. However, he'd forgotten one key detail: His god armour had Curse of Vanishing on it. Assasin deemed the Assassination a failure, and commanded Warrior to leave. He himself, however, intended to fight a proper fight with Derrick, without any third wheel distracting him. As the two gods began to truly duel, they both summoned dozens of withers around them, and popped each others totems several times, with Derrick not realizing that he was only using normal armor. By the time there were thirty three withers, Derrick realized that he no longer had god armour, while Assasin realized that he was down to his last set of armour. Derrick left the battlefield first, and then, so did Assasin. At first, Assasin anounced that the Assasination was a failure, but then, he realized that not only had Derrick died several times, he'd also lost his god armour. Thereafter, he proclaimed the Assasination a success. Anonis wrongly fixes plugin, Derrick spawns 32ks, Anonis deletes 32ks, Derrick spawns god armour11/25/2020 On the 25th, Anonis, who still wasn't aware of the backdoor, challenged Derrick to a 1v1. Derrick brought a sword with sharpness level 32,270. Anonis lost badly, and this was the first time he realized that the server had been backdoored.
Anonis got a plugin that allowed him to delete specific items from people's inventory and e chest. Hazarding a guess, he tried to delete Derrick's 32ks - and actually succeeded. Derrick, who still had the backdoor, instead spawned god armour and god tools. This stuff wasn't 32k level, rather, its levels were much lower, which made detection and successful removal a nightmare. To this day, they still exist. |
